How long will my order take to arrive?
We strive to provide fast delivery so you receive your order on time. After purchase, it takes 1–4 business days to process and ship your order. We do our best to send your package as quickly as possible! For international orders, delivery takes 7–14 business days from the shipping date.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can request modifications or cancellations for your order. Please contact us promptly with your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we may be unable to make changes. It’s crucial to reach out to us as soon as possible for assistance. Thank you for your understanding!

Separate item orders:
To our valued customers; at times, if you place a multi-product order, you may receive your items separately. This is because we are partnered with multiple 3PL companies shipping from different warehouses in the USA, Turkey, Australia and more. It allows us to get your products to you more efficiently. Rest assured, all your items will still arrive as ordered, but they might come in separate packages. Thank you for your understanding.
